I can’t log into my account
If you have a registered account and you are been unable to log in then it is likely that your account will be locked (after 3 failed log in attempts accounts are locked). To unlock your account please follow the instructions below:
- If you know your username - click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link above, complete the relevant fields, click on ‘Submit’ and request a new password which will be sent to your email address. (Please ignore the password hint due to your account being locked this is no longer relevant)
- If you can’t remember your username – click on the ‘Forgotten your username?’ link above, complete the relevant fields, click on ‘Submit’ and a username re-set link will be sent to your email address. You can then re-set your username and if required you can now refer to the point above to re-set your password
- If you cant remember your username AND password - you need to reset your username first as per above and then reset your password.
- If you don’t know your security responses – please refer to the above points as you will need to know this information in order to re-set your security responses, or please re-set your username or password first. Once you have been able to log in using your username and password then on click on the link ‘Forgotten your response?’ and a security response re-set link will be sent to your email address. You can then re-set your security responses
