Register to access My Pension Online
Here you can register to set up an account with our Members’ pension management service, My Pension Online. Our online portal provides a safe, secure, quick and simple way for you to manage your pension anytime, anywhere.
To register, all you need to do is fill in the form below and click Register, so we can email you your activation key. This is basically a code of numbers and/or letters that will allow you to securely activate your account. Once you’ve activated your account, you can get access to My Pension Online and enjoy all it has to offer.
Just some things to remember…
- Make sure you complete all the boxes above with the right information - We can’t send you your activation key until we’ve got all these details from you.
- Make sure you check you’ve added your details correctly, like your username - If it’s in lowercase, make sure you add it in lowercase too.
- If you register with an email address that we already have on file, we’ll email your activation key straight to you. This shouldn’t take too long – half an hour at the most. If we don’t have your email address on file, we’ll just post your activation key to you instead. This should take 5 to 10 working days. Once you receive your activation key, you have 90 days to use it before it expires – So it’s best to get your account activated as soon as you can.
